By creating an account or purchasing a K³ Cloud service, you agree to these Terms of Service and any applicable policies published on this website.

2. Services

K³ Cloud provides cloud and virtual server services as described on the applicable product page. Service availability, locations, configurations, and features may change over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and must not use another person's account without authorization.

4. Payments and recurring billing

Prices are displayed before checkout. Unless a plan states otherwise, VPS plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Payment processing is handled through the payment provider presented during checkout.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use K³ Cloud services for unlawful activity, abuse of networks or systems, unauthorized access, malware distribution, attacks against third parties, or activity that creates unreasonable risk to our infrastructure or other customers.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate services when necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, violation of these terms, or other legitimate operational reasons. Where practical, we will provide notice before non-emergency action.

7. Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upstream infrastructure issues, network failures, and events outside our reasonable control may affect service.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the K³ Cloud Refund Policy. Review that policy before purchasing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K³ Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
